No Refunds After Payment
All bookings for Kalaripayattu shows, training sessions, and activities are final. Once a payment is completed, no refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be permitted for booking requests initiated by the customer. Please confirm your dates and ticket quantities before making a payment.
Full Refund on Venue Cancellations
If a show, training session, or scheduled program is cancelled by Kovalam Kalari due to weather conditions, technical issues, government regulations, or operational problems, you will be entitled to a **full refund (100%)** of the ticket amount.
Processing of Refunds
Eligible refunds resulting from program cancellations will be processed automatically back to the original payment source (UPI, cards, wallets, or netbanking) through our payment gateway provider. It may take **5 to 7 working days** for the refund amount to reflect in your account depending on your banking institution.
